About the price
Why is it free?
The course is still being written. Rather than charge for a course with gaps in it, we open every finished topic to anyone with a free account.
Will it always be free?
No. Free access is for the early-access period while the course is being written. When paid plans begin, free access ends for all accounts, and you will be told in advance. You will never be charged unless you choose to pay. See section 4 of our Terms.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. We do not collect any payment details.
Does this replace the courses California requires before the exam?
No. California requires three college-level real estate courses before you can sit the salesperson exam. ToucanPass is the study tool for passing the exam itself, not a substitute for that coursework.
