About ToucanPass

ToucanPass is dedicated to helping students pass their state real estate exam.

We started as students at a community college and saw many peers struggle to pass the exam even after completing the prerequisites. After earning our licenses, our professor challenged us to keep helping future agents, not only by guiding them through the required coursework, but by providing the study support needed to actually pass the exam.

That real world insight and classroom experience is the foundation of ToucanPass. Our program blends concise lessons with smart quizzes, videos, and practice activities that focus on what the state exam truly measures. Every topic is organized to remove guesswork, so you always know what to study next and why it matters.

We believe access matters. Cost should not be the barrier that stops future real estate agents from reaching their goals. ToucanPass is intentionally affordable, so motivated students can prepare with quality materials, clear guidance, and confidence.
